College-Community Partnership for Racial Justice Announcement

 Frank Anechiarico, Hamilton College professor of government, announces the launch of the College/Community Partnership for Racial Justice Reform at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute. The goal of the partnership is to "pursue constructive, equitable change in the criminal justice system locally and statewide."
